Viewly is an aid for planning home viewings and comparing properties. Use it for your own home-buying decisions.

2. Do not treat outputs as professional reports

• Do not present or rely on a Viewly checklist, compare, budget range or recap as a formal survey, valuation, mortgage decision or legal opinion.
• Do not use budget estimates as proof of affordability or lending approval.
• Confirm anything important with a qualified surveyor, valuer, solicitor, lender or adviser.

3. Prohibited activity

• No unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or infringing use.
• No attempts to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service or its security.
• No uploading of content you have no right to use, or of others' personal data without a lawful basis.
• No use of the service to provide regulated professional advice to third parties.

4. Your responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you enter and for the decisions you make. Decision outcomes are yours.

5. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this policy. Report misuse to support@huntermorrisoons.shop.
